FAQ
When do I get my first payout?+
7 days after your referral's payment — that's the hold period, protecting against refunds. After that, funds move to your wallet and become available for withdrawal.
How do I withdraw?+
From the Partner dashboard — the 'Withdraw' button. Minimum 1000 ₽. Requests are processed manually, usually within 24 hours.
What if my referral cancels their payment?+
If the refund happens during hold — no commission is credited. If later — it's debited from your wallet, so always look at 'available', not 'pending'.
How long does my link stay attached?+
The cookie lives for 60 days. If a friend clicks your link and registers within that window — they're linked to you permanently (you earn from all future payments).
Where should I share my link?+
Anywhere relevant — Telegram gaming chats, thematic forums, Reddit, Discord servers for specific games, your gamer friends. Anywhere people would like a cheaper way to play Steam games.
